Non-Critical After-Hours Needs

Many non-critical needs can be addressed easily by checking our website, leaving a voicemail, sending a text, or ordering online!

Forgot to place an order for morning pickup?  Or looking for product specs, stock availability, or pricing info?

  • Use our online ordering system by simply clicking the blue Shop Now button at the top of the page (to get your own pricing, you need to be logged in and have an account)
  • Use our TextBranch feature to send a text to the branch location number
  • Leave a voicemail for the counter staff at the branch location

CRITICAL After-Hours Emergency Service from On-Call Staff

When your machine is down or you have a power failure, that’s an emergency!  We’re here to help get you back up and running.


For critical After Hours Emergency Service, please call your local branch, then PRESS 9.

Note:  a $250 after-hours emergency service fee will be charged to your account when you press 9

You will be asked if your emergency is related to a Rockwell product or a non-Rockwell product (where applicable).

Leave a message for the On-Call Staff, including:

  1. Your name
  2. Your company name
  3. Your account number (if you have it)
  4. Your call-back phone number
  5. A brief description of the issue


Your message will be forwarded to the On-Call Staff, and you will receive a call shortly after.
