Although vintage technology is fun to collect, it’s not so great when it’s part of your plant.

And keeping your fingers crossed isn't a reliable strategy for avoiding downtime.  We can help.

Is the SLC 500 in your facility?

In 1991, Rockwell Automation introduced the SLC 500, a workhorse that remained in production until being discontinued in 2017.  And in 2024, the product became completely obsolete as parts and services were no longer available.

Today, tens of thousands are still in use, risking line failure, software loss, and data compromise without any warning.

Replacement Parts?

Can’t get them. Authentic Rockwell parts are no longer manufactured.

Maintenance?

Not many skilled technicians remain in the workforce to service 34-year-old technology.

Grey Market?

If you really want to multiply your risk, you could look, but even unauthorized sources can no longer obtain them.

Convert in less than 30 minutes?

Converting the SLC 500 to 5069 CompactLogix is faster and easier than you may think!
